Multimedia CAD/CAM System for Windowsis a true Windows-compliant CAD/CAM
program that runs under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT
4.0, and Windows 2000. Advanced System 3000 was designed for ease of use
by machinists and operates in a multitasking environment. One click of the
mouse gets you to practically any feature. You can quickly design 2 to 5
axis part geometry, including multiple surfaces, within its large database
or import DXF, I.G.E.S., CDL, Gerber, HPGL, CATIA CL, APT or existing
machine code files. Using a Pentium or higher based computer, you can
create CAD/CAM graphic part images then download the auto-generated part
programming code directly into the machine tool. The basic system is a
low-cost package with numerous features capable of creating 3D wireframe
geometry.

NC Verify
NC Verify
is a graphical machine code verification program designed to be used
specifically with most any G-code files.
The NC Verify program is a
much more robust version than the simulator that is included with AS3000
level 5 and above. It too will visually re-create a solid graphics
representation of a part blank then, using 3D graphics, simulate the
cutter movements through the solid as if it were actually being machined.
Other features include:
Support for unlimited G-Code file sizes, Graphics Slicing for inspection
purposes, support for 16 and 24-bit colors (64K - 16million), monochrome
mode support, and even the ability to screen capture images to be used in
any number of other files for documentation, set-up information, or
presentations.

Art2 Cam
Art2CAM creates 3D
surfaces from color and
gray-scale bitmapped (.BMP) images. Art2CAM is designed specifically as an
add-on feature to work directly with AS3000. Images can be scanned in from
photos, logos, artwork or brought in directly from your favorite graphics
or drawing package.

DXF
The Artwork to DXF
program converts PCX graphic (raster) files produced by your scanner
software to DXF data (vector) files. Once created, the DXF file can be
used in any of a number of various programs that read standard AutoCAD DXF
files including Advanced System 3000.

and Engraving
This AS3000 CAD solution has
been specially modified for direct integration with Advanced System 3000
to produce a smooth CAD to CAM transition. By using any true type font,
text can be exported to a dxf format and then imported into Advanced

text engravings using various standard and elaborate fonts.
