Services include:
Project Development Assistance (PDA):
When specifications are not available but need development, or when a project requires an engineering study or feasibility research, then PDA is recommended prior to investing in a final solution.
Software Programming Assistance (SPA):
For those applications where only machine automation products are sold, SPA is offered to program the hardware to mutually understood specifications.
Control System Solutions (CSS):
When an upgrade to an existing machine is needed, AutomationSolutions can provide the solution. We work with you to define the performance requirements of your machine, added new functions and any new capabilities. We then design and fabricate the controls that will best suit your requirements.
Automated Machine Solutions (AMS):
When an improvement in production rates, quality, or a reduction in scrap is needed, we stand ready to provide the solution. We work with you to define the performance requirements of the machine. We then design and fabricate a complete turn-key automated machine.

Installation and Start-up Services (ISS):
Such services are generally offered on a time and material basis, unless a specific number of days are included with a turn-key project.
Dedicated Training Programs (DTP):
Most turn-key, and some MAP projects, require training programs tailored specifically to the application and technology involved in a solution. These are done at our training facilities or at the customer’s site.
Extended Service Agreements (ESA):
Many 24-hour-a-day operations require extended warranty on the solution and/or equipment. Also available are maintenance contracts that include emergency and scheduled services.
